Mapping the journey of beauty customers

Beauty is one of the big opportunities for Zalando in 2021 and we focused on “winning” in that category.  My team of designers and researchers came together in a Design Sprint to map the customer journey for different beauty subcategories (makeup, fragrances, and skin and hair care). We based the journey on Jobs To Be Done and user pain points. Furthermore, we weighted ongoing beauty initiatives and suggest informed next steps to optimize the experience of purchasing beauty at Zalando.
